Online / Electronic Submission:
The submission of medical billings directly from a medical provider to the Commission's Office via online is allowed. However, the submission of such billings must be made directly by and from the medical provider - not the employee. For online submission, a billing may be submitted directly to the following email address:
Gearing of Payment:

For claims concerning an employee of the Territorial Government all billing must be geared directly to the following: American Samoa Government

For claims concerning government employees employing under the American Samoa Telecommuncations Authority; Office of the Visitor's Bureau; and American Samoa Retirement Office, all billing must be geared directly to their respective insurance carriers.

For claims concerning employees of the private sector or other than the territorial government, all billing must be geared directly to the employer or its insurance carrier.
