WC COVERAGE

Who is covered under the employer's workmen's compensation liability?

Employees entitled under an employer's workmen's compensation liability coverage when an injury or death occurs at work are prescribed under A.S.C.A. Sec.32.0502(f). This shall include:

  • Any individual in the service of an employer;

​​

  • Every individual working with or without pay whose services are requested or volunteered;

​​

  • An individual who serves under the direction of a public official, which shall be deemed to be an employee of the government.
