Mission & VISION
Mission Statement:
To provide and ensure both local employers and employees gain efficient and adequate access to workmen's compensation coverage, as well as regulating and enforcing such coverage for the Territory of American Samoa under Title 32: Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 of the A.S.C.A.
Vision Statement:
To protect and secure the American Samoa Workmen's Compensation Act and to promote fair resolutions and equitably benefits of workmen's compensation claims.
